Returns & Exchanges

 RETURNS 

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all unopened and unused products. If you change your mind about the product, send it back within 14 days and we'll process your return and offer a full refund.

In the event that you want to return your items, send an email through to hello@lotuspotion.com with your order number.

We'll need a few days to receive and process your return - once received we'll get the payment back to you within 5-7 working days.

In instances where a refund is requested, fees associated with shipping are not eligible for reimbursement. 

EXCHANGES 

If there's a problem with your order, simply email us and we'll work with you to get you an exchange. If you retain your proof of postage for an exchange, we'll make sure we refund you any postage costs. 

You are required to make us aware of any issues with the contents of your order within 5 business days of receipt.

Please Note: Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDER CANCELLATION 

In order to provide the highest possible level of service, we endeavour to process all our orders as swiftly as possible. If you place an order and decide that you have changed your mind, there is a very small window of opportunity to notify us before your order is dispatched.

 We can't guarantee that your order request to cancel will be received on time as orders can be processed in our warehouse even before your shipping confirmation is sent.

 In the event that your cancellation is not received on time, you will need to return your item for a refund in line with our returns policy.
